Secret Nuclear Treaty Documents Revealed

The Japan Times reports (Sunday, July 12, 2009) that Japan's Foreign Ministry has kept the English-language version of a secret 1960 treaty with the United States government which covers the handling of U.S. nuclear weapons in Japan.
